One of the most distinguished “students” of the legendary literary “school” that reshaped the language of Hungarian literature in the 1970s and 1980s, Parti Nagy Lajos—poet, novelist, playwright, and translator — later became one of its defining “teachers.” He is the literary guest of honor at Arcus Temporum 2026. Now we, too, have the chance to enroll in Parti Nagy’s “school” for a single lesson: a literary session combining conversation and readings.
